Pre-Service Requirements

Clients hair is required to be Shampooed, unconditioned (if having a colour service) Product free & ready for service as discussed during consult be it online or in person. 

It is imperative that you are honest about your hair past chemical & colour treatments to ensure you receive the right services.

After any Colour or Chemical treatment, the hair is not to be Shampooed, conditioned or wet for no less than 48hrs.

failure to do the above could result in severely damaged or worse broken hair!

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes life gets hectic,

So if you may have to reschedule or cancel till you've a known date,

Be a GC & let us know soon as you can,

then i can keep sharing the happening hair love & fill the appointment time.

Payment

Style Mystic Accepts Cash & Online Credit &/or Debit Payments  prior to Service,

as long as the services provided have been quoted & agreed upon a set price.

Regular clientele are offered layby payment options,

Standard layby T&C's apply. No Credit facilities Available.​

Appointments

Appointment requests can be made via facebook & this website.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid & agreed upon in advance

for all services, 

Deposits will be required for all Bridal/formal hair services, 

Hair extensions & Extensive or out of town bookings.

Availability

24-48 hrs advanced booking is suggested, but not always required.

if your getting your hair did By Appointment only, available hrs can be flexible with prior arrangement.

Skin Tests

Chemical services such as colours that require a skin patch

test must be done at least 24 hours before service.

While we hold high standards, practices and ethics,

it is important that all clients understand

that anyone at any time can develop an allergy to hair colour.

We can not be held liable or negligent for any

reactions from colour products.  

We rely heavily on clients honesty throughout consultation and service.

It is the clients responsibility

to inform us of any allergies or health issues

that you have or even think you may have. 

Style Mystic wants to keep you safe and comfortable.

Complaints

 Any complaints must be made via email to:

within 24hrs.

Contact must be made immediately if you have any

problems or concerns with your hair or skin,

We need to identify the cause & rectify accordingly.

Style Mystic provides a thorough service,

Should the client feel that any mistake, fault or stylist negligence has occurred,  

it is imperative to make contact immediately or at the very latest within 24hrs to discuss the situation.

& people please don't forget,

Your honesty is vital,

 be truthful about previous chemical treatments,

as this could be the difference having beautiful hair or being bald!

style Mystic will not take responsibility for customer negligence,

nor be held accountable.

Style mystic reserves the right of final decision.
