To ensure the best possible results, hair must be clean, shampooed, product-free
& ready for service as discussed during your consultation.
For colour services, please do not condition your hair prior to your appointment.
It is essential that you are completely honest about your hair history,
Including ALL previous colour, chemical, and treatment.
Accurate information allows us to choose the safest and most effective service for your hair.
Following any colour or chemical service, hair must not be shampooed, conditioned,
or excessively wet for a minimum of 48 hours unless otherwise advised.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in colour loss, damage, or hair breakage.
Cancellations
Life happens, and we understand plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Early notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client and keep the hair magic flowing.
Payment
Style Mystic accepts cash, credit card & debit cards,
All services will be quoted and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Layby payment options may be available for regular clientele.
Standard layby terms and conditions apply.
No credit facilities are available.
Appointments
Appointments can be requested via Social media, email, or this website.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Deposits
Deposits are required for selected services and bookings,
including:

Large appointments requiring significant time allocation
All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid prior to securing your appointment.
Availability
Advance bookings of 24–48 hours are recommended but not always necessary.
Style Mystic operates by appointment only. Appointment times may be flexible with prior arrangement.
Skin Tests & Allergies
A skin patch test may be required at least 24 hours prior to any chemical service.
While every precaution is taken to ensure client safety,
Allergic reactions to hair colour products can occur at any time,
Even if products have been used previously without issue.
Clients are responsible for informing Style Mystic of any known allergies, sensitivities,
medical conditions, medications, or health concerns that may affect treatment.
Style Mystic cannot be held liable for allergic reactions where appropriate consultation,
testing, & professional procedures have been followed. Your safety and comfort remain our highest priority.
